Kiera Smale brings over 20 years of experience in professional and leadership development, having worked with leading global brands including Ann Taylor, Gap Inc., and other Fortune 500 apparel retail companies. She is known for her dynamic ability to help individuals and teams align their leadership approach with organizational goals and values.
As the founder of Ignite Leadership 360, Kiera has facilitated leadership transformation for more than 8,000 individuals across a variety of industries. Her background includes advanced certifications in communication, human behavior, and leadership methodology, which she applies through a pragmatic and results-driven lens.
Kiera's approach is grounded in the belief that successful leadership requires both self-awareness and strategic alignment. She and her team partner closely with clients to uncover leadership potential, close performance gaps, and create practical roadmaps for professional advancement.

Chief Strategy Officer
With more than two decades of executive coaching, business strategy, and marketing expertise, Mike Womer serves as Chief Strategy Officer at The Center for Leadership Development. His career spans leadership roles in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings, supporting companies such as Apple, Ethan Allen, Steinway, ADT, GE Capital, and Home Depot.
Mike has led large-scale initiatives, managed multimillion-dollar technology budgets, and trained over 90,000 professionals across Fortune 500 companies, dealer networks, and high-growth businesses. He brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on operational experience to every client engagement.
