TERMS & CONDITIONS

By enrolling in or purchasing any program, event, coaching, or service offered through Ignite Leadership 360 Center for Leadership Development (“Ignite Leadership 360”), the client expressly acknowledges and agrees that all transactions are governed by the terms and conditions set forth in the contractual agreement executed at the commencement of the engagement.

The contractual agreement constitutes the sole and binding authority regarding the rights and obligations of the parties, including but not limited to, payment terms, cancellation provisions, and refund eligibility. No representations, promises, or assurances outside of the contractual agreement shall be binding upon Ignite Leadership 360.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or request for refund, the contractual agreement shall serve as the default and controlling mechanism for resolution. Clients hereby waive reliance on any external policies, informal statements, or implied assurances not expressly included in the executed agreement.

By proceeding with any purchase or engagement, the client affirms full understanding and acceptance of these terms.
