What to include in the Refund Policy

All sales for programs, events, coaching, and services offered through Ignite Leadership 360 Center for Leadership Development are governed by the terms outlined in the contractual agreement executed at the beginning of the engagement.

The contractual agreement serves as the default mechanism for resolving any disputes, including refund considerations. By entering into this agreement, both parties acknowledge and accept that the terms of the contract take precedence over any other policy or verbal commitment.

Accordingly, no separate or additional refund policy is offered outside of what is expressly stated in the initial contractual agreement.
