3. Media and Photography Waiver

By registering for and attending any Ignite Leadership 360 program, event, or workshop, participants expressly acknowledge and agree that photos, videos, or other media may be captured during these activities.

  • Such media may include identifiable images or likenesses of participants.

  • As part of the upfront waiver signed at registration, participants grant Ignite Leadership 360 the unrestricted right and permission to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute these images for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes, in any medium now known or later developed.

  • Participants waive any right to inspect or approve such uses, and no compensation will be provided for the use of such media.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. We may share limited information with trusted service providers who assist in operations (such as payment processors or email providers), strictly for business purposes.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to safeguard personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting us. Opt-out requests for marketing communications will be honored promptly.
